Accepting new audits — Phased project delivery

Hire a senior Salesforce Integration Consultant.

We design, build, and deploy secure connections between Salesforce and your external systems—preventing data sync failures, API limit breaches, and manual data entry.

  • Tech stack inventory A complete map of your current-state architecture and data silos across ERP, billing, and marketing tools.
  • Bidirectional field mapping A granular data dictionary aligning Salesforce standard and custom objects with external databases to prevent duplication.
  • Error-handling protocols Standard operating procedures that automate sync conflict resolution and log API limit errors before they disrupt operations.

An integration shouldn't just move data. It must align with your real-world business operations without hitting platform limits.

What you walk away with.

Three concrete outcomes. Every audit. Same rhythm, ranked by dollar impact.

Outcome 1

Stable, error-free system connections

Connect your ERP, billing, marketing, or custom databases to Salesforce. We evaluate native connectors, custom APIs, and middleware to build pathways that handle high data volumes without hitting platform API limits.

Outcome 2

Zero-loss bidirectional data mapping

Translate specific database fields accurately between Salesforce objects and external systems. Our field-level schema definition matrix prevents data corruption and duplicate records.

Outcome 3

Clear data governance and error logging

Keep your systems running with documented procedures and configured alert flows. Your team knows exactly what to do if a sync fails, an API limit is reached, or a system goes offline.

Our eight-phase integration process.

We design and build integrations in structured phases, moving from discovery to production deployment with rigorous testing in sandbox environments.

1
Phase 1

Discovery & workflow assessment

We audit your daily processes, interview technical stakeholders, and catalog isolated third-party tools to map your current technical environment.

2
Phase 2

Requirements & objective alignment

We translate broad business goals into precise functional and technical specifications while setting baseline performance metrics.

3
Phase 3

Technical design & architecture

We design the target data model, establish standard vs. custom object relationships, and select the exact integration patterns and tools needed.

4
Phase 4

Scoping & roadmap planning

We define the project scope, identify technical risks like API governor limits, prepare fallback strategies, and sequence the development timeline.

Phase 5

Sandbox development & testing

We set up secure sandbox environments, configure connectors or build custom APIs, write required Apex code, and run extensive unit and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Phase 6

Production migration & deployment

We move validated code and configurations from sandboxes into live production environments using secure deployment pipelines with minimal business disruption.

Phase 7

Change management & enablement

We execute training sessions, distribute adoption playbooks, and establish internal feedback loops to ensure teams confidently utilize the newly connected systems.

Phase 8

Support & performance tuning

We monitor API usage, troubleshoot technical issues, and continuously refine system performance based on live usage data.

Questions, briefly answered.

Yes, but it depends on your edition. Salesforce Enterprise, Unlimited, and Developer editions have API access enabled by default. Professional edition can have API access added for an additional fee [VERIFY: check current SF pricing model for API add-on], while Starter and Essentials editions generally do not support API integrations. We review your licensing during our discovery phase to ensure compatibility.
